When you use our matching funnel, we collect the information you enter — such as your zip code, the type of case you need help with, your timeline, and, if you choose to contact a firm, any contact details you provide (like your name, phone number, or email address).
How we use it
We use the information you provide to match you with firms that cover your area and to pass your request along to the specific firm or firms you choose to contact. We don't use it to make decisions about you outside of that matching process.
Who we share it with
We share your request details only with the firm(s) you choose to contact. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, we may use basic, standard web technologies (such as cookies or server logs) to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it's used. We don't use this information to build advertising profiles about you.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the matching service and respond to your requests, after which it may be deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit contact information — you're never required to contact a firm to browse listings. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, email support@betterpro.one and we'll take reasonable steps to do so.
